At checkout you can choose between: Standard delivery, within 3-5 working days: free of charge Express delivery, within 1-3 working days: € 19.00 Deliveries take place at office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Using the tracking number that you will be sent at the time of dispatch, you can check the expected delivery date and any updates on the status of your shipment. Please note: for shipments to Southern Italy and islands, delivery may take one extra working day. These delivery times do not apply for custom-made products, which take 4-8 weeks.

On hogan.com we accept all the most popular payment methods and guarantee total transaction security: Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners Card, Cart Bleue, Discover, Maestro and Visa Electron, rechargeable credit cards. The credit card payment amount is debited from your card at the time of shipment. PayPal and PayPal Express. The amount will be debited from your account at the time of shipment Sofort: to purchase via bank transfer. The account is debited upon completion of the order. Alipay and UnionPay. Your account will be debited upon completion of your order. We currently do not accept cash on delivery or payment in instalments. Klarna: payment method that allows you to divide the purchase amount into a maximum of three installments. Payment can be made via any credit card, through the Klarna app.

Can I make an exchange?

You can request a size exchange only once and only for the same product. You will need to ship back the item(s) within 14 days from when you entered the exchange request online following the exchange/return procedure.
